1。帝璟寬和社區 介紹
帝璟是一間在十二期&水湳深耕許久的建商，看著他們十二期的幾棟大樓轉換到水湳的個案，建築立面的改款有驚豔到我(做很多功課)，當然還有他們很講究的施工細節也是讓我很安心。另外有發現他們是一間很低調、腳踏實地(做多少說多少)的公司，個人覺得業務態度真誠，沒有太多銷售話術，讓我和家人在很放鬆的狀態下做這個決定。算是目前看周遭案子和其他業務服務感比較下來覺得最沒壓力的看房體驗。
2。帝璟寬和社區 介紹 寬和讓我最愛的地方是四面都有像中式燈籠的露臺錯落，業務分享他們不為宜居陽台而做宜居(為了做而做)的概念個人很認同，也更能維持整個建築好看的比例~有時覺得移居陽台很深容易讓外觀出戲。整棟外牆的元素是用中式窗花為主要架構，當下看到模型覺得也太酷 ! 但是相對比較擔憂他的材質還有後續維修等問題，沒記錯的話窗花全部是鋁合金的材質(顏色是我最愛的玫瑰古銅金感覺)，搭配不銹鋼來做固定，聽說花了很多錢在這上面…至於窗花的大小比例也很講究。
3。帝璟寬和社區 介紹 另外他們一直強調的前庭後院設計，也讓比起左右兩家公司基地相對小的條件下，有更好看且實用的呈現，畢竟敦化路上近中央公園就是貴，個人滿在意建商在規劃上有沒有盡力做到好… 至於棟距，回饋到室內平面規劃當時也花了很多時間考慮，主要的生活空間都是面南北巷 恰巧避開我擔心兩邊未來蓋起來會被擋到的問題，這點算是兩全相害取其輕.可以接受的，再補充這也是我愛敦化路勝過正公園裡未來住宅區的原因(高樓棟距更小)。大家都說千金難買好鄰居，我很深信…更在意的是戶數還有住戶品質。寬和五十幾戶的戶數我真的很喜歡，不複雜又好住。另外也覺得這次的定位，在價格和規劃上很自然的篩選了買家。
4。帝璟寬和社區 介紹 建材的部分，全室鋪石晶地板我自己滿喜歡，解決掉常見耐磨木地板遇水會產生問題的可能性、住家大門設計: 淺色系木皮搭配簡單線條->愛(沒什麼好嫌)、浴室的壁磚: 愛，有分割設計不無聊就是讚、電腦馬桶: 也愛，品牌是grohe最高階-自己覺得比謙和的更美，其他像臉盆龍頭也是同品牌。廚具部分，業務說櫃體材料為進口來台灣加工搭配矽鋼石(說比人造石耐刮磨)。因上面有留言討論建材不優，個人看法是見仁見智，每個人使用習慣不同，但帝璟算是目前看下來的建商，於各種成本上漲的情況下，覺得有整合出一套高價值的產品進市場。當然我覺得這案不適合投資客啦~

Their sincerity and lack of sales pitches allowed my family and I to make this decision with complete ease. Compared to other projects and services, this was the most stress-free house-hunting experience I’ve had.
