小編觀點：這次機捷森CASA社區 是純三房的社區，加上開賣時非常神秘，所以詢問度很高，A&B棟坪數大一些，主建物在27坪，住起來比較舒適，而其它房型，主建物都落在22~23上，小編個人比較喜歡的棟別是H棟，棟距大，但會有2個小缺點，第一個是大家比較介意的西曬，第二個是比較靠近鐵路，怕比較有噪音。
